These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Analytics Widget application ("App") provided by Dimple Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Analytics Widget provides a convenient way to view your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data through iOS Home Screen Widgets, AI-powered daily summaries, and push notifications. The App accesses your GA4 data in read-only mode through Google's official APIs.

3. Account and Authentication

The App requires you to sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We access your data only through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization, and you may revoke access at any time.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The App offers a free tier (1 GA4 property) and a paid subscription for additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access analytics data you are not authorized to view.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent usage limits or quotas.

6. Data Accuracy

The App displays data from Google Analytics and generates AI-powered summaries. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data or AI-generated insights are error-free. The App is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimple Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking Google account access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
