Dimple Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Analytics Widget mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Analytics Widget, we access the following data through your Google account:

• Google Analytics data: Website traffic metrics, page views, user counts, traffic sources, and related analytics data from your GA4 properties. This data is accessed in read-only mode.
• Google account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture, used solely for authentication and display within the App.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your Google account password.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Display your GA4 analytics data within the App and Home Screen Widgets.
• Generate AI-powered daily traffic summaries and anomaly alerts.
• Send push notifications with your traffic digest at your preferred time.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Analytics data is cached temporarily on our servers to generate daily summaries and is not retained beyond 90 days.

We use Supabase as our backend provider, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics Data API — to retrieve your analytics data.
• Google Analytics Admin API — to list your GA4 properties.
• Anthropic Claude API — to generate AI-powered traffic summaries. Your site names and aggregated metrics (not raw user data) are sent to generate summaries.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — to deliver push notifications.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not share your analytics data with anyone except the third-party services listed above, which process data solely to provide the App's features.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@dimplelabs.com.
• Delete your account within the App's settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
